Trade accounts are granted at our discretion after review. You are responsible for everything done under your sign-in, and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used by somebody else.
We may suspend or close an account at any time, including where we believe it is being used by somebody who should not have it.
3. Prices shown to you
Pricing displayed to a signed-in account is confidential to that account and is offered to you alone. You may not publish it, pass it to a competitor, or use it other than to buy from us.
4. Scraping and automated access
You may not use any robot, scraper or other automated means to copy the catalogue, the cross-reference data, the fitment data or the prices, whether in whole or in part, and you may not use this site to build or supplement a competing product database.
Ordinary search-engine crawling that respects our robots.txt is permitted.
5. Our content
The catalogue structure, cross-reference tables, descriptions, photographs and the compilation of them are ours or our licensors'. Manufacturer names, brands and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify what a part fits and replaces. Using them does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those manufacturers.
6. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the catalogue accurate but do not warrant that any description, specification, cross-reference, price or availability is error-free or current. Availability shown is our best information and is not a guarantee that a part is in stock when your order is processed.
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
7. Limitation
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALEDS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
